SBI General Insurance has appointed Rakesh Kaul as Chief Business Officer. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, overseeing sales and distribution efforts, and driving the overall company growth.
Speaking on the appointment, Kishore Kumar Poludasu, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), SBI General Insurance, said, “We are delighted to welcome Mr Kaul to the SBI General Insurance family as our Chief Business Officer. His extensive experience and proven track record in the insurance industry makes him a valuable addition to our leadership team. Kaul is a seasoned BFSI professional with more than two decades of rich experience in the insurance industry. He has previously worked and held leadership positions with ICICI Lombard General Insurance, Liberty General Insurance and Zuno General Insurance.
