Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has appointed Mangesh Ramesh Mahale as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective February 2024.
A statement from the bank said, “We hereby inform that the Bank has appointed Mangesh Ramesh Mahale as the Chief Technology Officer of the Bank w.e.f. February 08, 2024. Mangesh has been designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Bank in terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.”
Mahale holds expertise in establishing technology infrastructures, recognising technological trends, formulating processes, managing risk and optimising resources within diverse geographical settings. He specialises in overseeing end-to-end IT infrastructure and cloud operations, particularly in the realm of private cloud.
