Veranda Learning Solutions has reported a strong financial performance for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2025.
The company achieved a significant milestone by crossing the Rs. 500 crore mark in annual revenue, marking a 35.6 per cent year-on-year growth in total revenue (pre-adjusted) to Rs. 502 crore for FY25.
Veranda’s revenue growth was fuelled by an increase in new admissions, higher bookings, and service expansion, along with fair value adjustments. For Q4FY25, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 114.1 crore, up 11.2 per cent year-on-year, and gross profit of Rs. 71.4 crore with a margin of 62.5 per cent.
The company’s EBITDA for the year stood at Rs. 99.2 crore, reflecting a 59.1 per cent growth over Rs. 62.3 crore in FY24. Adjusted EBITDA for Q4FY25 rose to Rs. 25.6 crore from Rs. 11.9 crore in Q3FY25 (pre-adjusted). Net profit for Q4FY25 was reported at Rs. 8.4 crore, a significant improvement compared to a loss of Rs. 38.4 crore in Q4FY24.
Veranda’s operational momentum was supported by strategic acquisitions, including a 40.4 per cent stake in BB Virtuals, a CA online platform, and a 65 per cent stake in Navkar Digital, a prominent offline commerce player in Gujarat. The company also raised Rs. 35 crore through the issue of 11.9 lakh equity shares and Rs. 6.3 crore by issuing 7.8 lakh share warrants via preferential allotment.
