TransUnion CIBIL has announced the appointment of Mr. Bhavesh Jain as its new Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Jain succeeds Rajesh Kumar, who has stepped down after five years of leadership, navigating the company through a significant period, including the Covid-19 pandemic.
Todd Skinner, President, TransUnion International, expressed confidence in Jain’s leadership. He said, “Bhavesh is a proven leader with a deep commitment to advancing India’s economy through sustainable access to credit. He will continue to drive TransUnion CIBIL’s mission of promoting financial inclusion and ease of doing business.”
The new MD & CEO, previously the Chief Revenue Officer at TransUnion CIBIL, brings decades of experience to his new role, having held leadership positions at Thomson Reuters, Citi and Kone. He holds a master’s in management studies from Welingkar Institute of Management and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Mumbai University. He has also completed the Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
