ServiceNow has announced the appointment of Ganesh Lakshminarayanan as new Managing Director (MD) and Group Vice President (GVP) for its India and SAARC business, effective from 6th January, 2025. This appointment underscores ServiceNow’s commitment to strengthening its position in one of the world’s fastest-growing markets and driving digital transformation across the region.
Based in Bengaluru, he will lead ServiceNow’s India business teams. India also serves as a significant technical hub for ServiceNow, housing its largest Technology and Business Centre outside the USA.
Detlef Krause, President APAC, ServiceNow, welcomed Lakshminarayanan, stating, “We’re thrilled to have Ganesh lead our India business into its next phase of growth. In his new role, He will play a critical part in solidifying ServiceNow’s leadership in digital transformation and innovation across the APAC region.

Lakshminarayanan had previously served as CEO of Airtel’s domestic B2B business. Prior to that, he held the role of President and MD at Dell India, further establishing his reputation for building high-performance teams and delivering exceptional results.
