NIIT Institute of Finance, Banking and Insurance (NIIT IFBI), a division of NIIT, has announced the launch of the “ACE Banker Programme” in partnership with HDFC Bank. This programme is a key element of NIIT’s Talent Pipeline as a Service (TPaaS) initiative, aiming to recruit and train customer support personnel for HDFC Bank.

The ACE Banker Programme addresses the growing demands of the banking sector by equipping participants with essential skills and knowledge required for customer service roles at HDFC Bank. This programme includes 45 days of residential training at the NIIT University campus. Upon completion, candidates will receive a joint certification from HDFC Bank and NIIT, along with job offers from HDFC Bank.
