Kotak Mahindra Bank has reshuffled its top management. It has appointed Devang Gheewalla as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), who will take over from 1st April, 2024.
The bank has also elevated KVS Manian as Joint Managing Director (JMD). He will be replacing Dipak Gupta and acquire responsibilities for this position on 1st March, 2024. At present, he is the full-time Director of the bank.
Apart from it, Shanti Ekambaram has been appointed as the bank’s Deputy Managing Director (DMD) from 1st March, 2024.
Further, with effect from 1st April, 2024, Jaimin Bhatt, CFO, will be replaced by Deepak Gheewalla (COO), and Milind Nagnur will be working as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) as well as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the bank.
