Mishra, a seasoned HR leader, brings over two decades of experience in Human Resource (HR) management, talent development and organisational strategy. Prior to joining Dvara KGFS, he held leadership roles at Jana Small Finance Bank, RBL Bank and ICICI Bank, where he played a key role in building strong people-centric cultures and driving talent transformation initiatives.
In his new role, Mishra will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development and HR technology integration.
