PNB MetLife has appointed Sanjay Kumar Karnatak as its Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO). In this role, Karnatak will spearhead the company’s technology strategy, overseeing critical areas such as IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, application development, data management and digital transformation efforts.
With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry’s IT sector, Karnatak brings a proven record of driving digital change. A graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mumbai with a Bachelors of Technology (B.Tech) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in IT Systems from IMT Ghaziabad, his expertise is set to play a pivotal role in advancing PNB MetLife’s technology and innovation initiatives.
