iHub Anubhuti-IIITD Foundation, established under the aegis of the National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems (NM-ICPS) of the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Digital Health Associates to drive digital healthcare innovation and academic excellence. This partnership aims at synergising strengths, driving innovation and addressing critical public health challenges in India, the companies said in a joint statement.
Talking about the partnership, Dr Rajendra Pratap Gupta, founder, Digital Health Associates, said in the statement, “Collaboration is the cornerstone of progress, and this partnership between Digital Health Associates and iHub-Anubhuti exemplifies our shared commitment to drive transformative change in the healthcare landscape. According to the statement, the collaboration seeks to propel the development of life-saving prevention, treatment and management tools against diseases that hold significant public health priority in India. By fostering and conducting high-quality research, the partnership endeavours to fortify and expedite the advancement of healthcare solutions that can transform lives.
One of the key focusses of the partnership is to design faculty and student training programmes to enhance skills and competencies in the healthcare sector. Comprehensive training programmes ranging from one to 12 months will be conducted, which will aim at equipping professionals, with the expertise required to navigate emerging healthcare technologies, added the statement.
Commenting on the MoU, Saurabh Kumar Chaubey, CEO, iHub Anubhuti-IIITD Foundation, also said in the statement, “iHub Anubhuti is looking forward to work with Digital Health Associates Private Limited to make India a leader in digital health through skill development, research projects and startups.”
A series of collaborative workshops focussing on digital health will be organised nationwide, concluded the statement.
