B2B Infomedia in association with Oracle has organized Financial Services Innovation Exchange on 26th July 2023, Mumbai focusing Urban Co-operative Banks. The theme of the program was “Disruption and Transformation: New Strategies for the Cooperative Bank”.
The Innovation Exchange was well started with the keynote address by the Guest Speaker Mr. Atul Khirwadkar, CEO, NUCFDC, who talked about How Technology is Being Leveraged To Strengthen the Cooperative Banks in India? The topic of his presentation was “Driving Next Generation of Growth on Resilient Cloud Platform”. He discussed on various aspects of cloud and how this platform can be used for Innovation, Digitization and Automation to fetch Customer Centricity.
The program was concluded post the Panel Discussion having the topic “Building a Resilient Digital Framework: Unleashing Customer-Centricity in Modern Banking” The panelists of this panel discussion were the through professionals representing different co-operative banks.
